They are dedicated counselors, often stretching beyond their formal training, compassionate providers of pastoral care, tireless advocates for justice, loving family leaders, and inspiring liturgy leaders—and so much more. But with so much giving, a crucial question arises: Are they taking the time to care for themselves? Are they finding opportunities for healing and sharing their own burdens?

We believe deeply in supporting those who serve so faithfully. That’s why we offer one-on-one Spiritual Direction and clergy group support, along with enriching workshops, seminars, and vital support networks. Your well-being is paramount, not just for you, but because your congregation thrives when you are strong and resilient. We warmly invite you to reach out and make use of these services. It would be our privilege to walk alongside you.

We gather together, embracing the loving presence of the Holy Spirit. In this sacred space, our hearts are warmed, and we become shining lights, ready to illuminate the path toward even greater service to our Lord and Savior.

Church Resilience

The church is truly the Body of Christ, a beautiful manifestation of God’s love poured out into the world. We are given the sacred charge to go forth, making disciples and teaching everyone to love God with all their mind, heart, soul, and strength, and to love their neighbors as themselves. Yet, even within this sacred body, we sometimes encounter illness. There can be moments of jealousy, distrust, anger, fear, and other struggles that can weaken our resilience and hinder our collective journey.

We want you to know that you don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. Alongside our trusted partners, we are here, ready to help your church heal from division, nurture strong leaders, and embrace the deep resilience that is our divine calling. There isn’t just one single path to being a vibrant, healthy, and resilient church. Each community is unique and must discover its own authentic way to thrive. However, sometimes having an external guide can make all the difference—someone to help facilitate healing and guide you toward becoming your very best selves.
