Resilience Workshops and Talks

Resilience Workshops & Talks

Resilience is more than simply surviving hardship.

It is the ability to recover, adapt, and grow stronger in the face of adversity. Whether the challenge is personal, relational, or organizational, resilience can be cultivated—and when it is, individuals and communities are better equipped to face whatever comes next.

For years, I have studied resilience from both academic and practical perspectives, researching how individuals, families, teams, and organizations respond to stress, trauma, and change. My work has included nationally recognized research on resilience, advising military organizations, and helping leaders build healthier, more resilient cultures.

Today, I bring those insights to churches, nonprofits, healthcare organizations, schools, and community groups through engaging, practical presentations that combine research with real-world application.

Workshop Topics

* Building Personal Resilience
* Family Resilience in Times of Change

More Than Inspiration

A good talk inspires people for a day.

A meaningful workshop equips them with tools that strengthen relationships, improve well-being, and help create resilient individuals, families, and organizations for years to come.

Whether you’re planning a retreat, leadership conference, professional development event, or community gathering, I’d be honored to help your organization build resilience from the inside out.
